How the First Call Goes

The first few minutes are yours. Explain the property or the search, the timing you are hoping for and who else has a say, such as a co-owner, an executor or a spouse. We follow with a handful of questions, outline how we would handle it and suggest what comes next, often a meeting at our office or a video call. You do not have to commit to anything before hanging up.

From there, the same small group carries the file all the way to closing. Nobody hands you off, and details you explained once do not get lost between desks. If you choose to sell with us, the agreement is easy to leave: you can cancel it up until the house goes under contract.
